Job Description: Cabinet Refinishing Spray Technician

As a Cabinet Refinishing Spray Technician, your primary responsibility is to apply high-quality finishes to kitchen cabinets using professional spray equipment. Key tasks include:

• Setting up and operating spray equipment to apply paints, stains, and lacquers.
• Ensuring proper surface preparation, including sanding and priming when necessary, to achieve smooth and durable finishes.
• Mixing and matching finishes to ensure accurate color and sheen.
• Masking and protecting areas not being sprayed, such as floors, countertops, and adjacent surfaces.
• Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment to ensure consistent performance.
• Occasionally assisting with prep tasks such as removing doors and drawer fronts, labeling, sanding, and covering surfaces with plastic and tape.
• Ensuring a clean and organized workspace, including sealing off areas with plastic to control dust and overspray.

This position requires a keen eye for detail, knowledge of proper spraying techniques, and the ability to follow safety protocols. You will work closely with the refinishing team to ensure that all cabinets are finished to the highest standard.
