Description

Kay Plumbing Heating & Cooling is a growing, family-owned company serving the South Carolina Midlands. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our plumbing and HVAC operations by keeping materials organized, inventory accurate, and technicians equipped for success.

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Receive, organize, and stock plumbing and HVAC materials
  • Pull parts and materials for technicians and service vehicles
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with counts
  • Keep warehouse, yard, and storage areas clean and organized
  • Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and company vehicles
  • Track materials, tools, and equipment as directed
  • Support technicians and management with daily operational needs
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Required Qualifications

  • Prior warehouse, inventory, or labor experience preferred
  • Comfortable lifting, carrying, and moving materials (50+ lbs)
  • Ability to stay organized and follow processes
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Basic computer or inventory system experience a plus
  • Valid driver’s license preferred (not required unless driving company vehicles)
  • Must pass background check and drug screening

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Monday–Friday
  • Day shift
  • Occasional overtime as needed
