Kay Plumbing Heating & Cooling is a fast-growing, family-owned company serving the South Carolina Midlands. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician who wants more than just a job — someone who values quality work, professionalism, and long-term career growth.

We service both residential and light commercial systems and take pride in craftsmanship, integrity, and putting both customers and employees first.

What You’ll Do

• Service, repair, and install residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend appropriate solutions
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers regarding findings and options
• Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and local HVAC codes
• Complete each job accurately, efficiently, and with pride in workmanship
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle as assigned

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience (service, install, or both)
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• EPA certification required
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must live within 60 minutes of Lexington, SC
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday
• On-call or after-hours service as needed
