Kay Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our office team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys supporting both clients and field technicians.

This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent communication, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients via phone and electronic communication
• Schedule plumbing services and coordinate appointments efficiently
• Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and timelines
• Maintain and update customer records in company systems
• Make outbound calls for service reminders, follow-ups, and membership outreach
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or service plans
• Coordinate closely with technicians and management to support daily operations
• Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Job Details

• Type: Full-time
• Pay: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 40+ hours per week

Ideal Candidate

• Experience: 2+ years in customer service, dispatch, or call center environment
• Education: High school diploma or GED required
• Skills:

• Computer proficiency (Google Workspace preferred)
