Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Lead Anaplan engagements, managing requirements gathering, solution design, and model builds.
- Analyze and improve client processes, offering expert advice and industry best practices.
- Design, build, and test Anaplan solutions while overseeing multiple workstreams.
- Serve as the primary client contact, resolving issues and ensuring project success.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing.
- Contribute to crafting digital roadmaps and cultivating long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of experience in Consulting or Business Planning (Finance/FP&A, Supply Chain, or Sales Ops)
- 3-7+ years of experience with Anaplan model building or similar EPM technology
- Proven experience as an Solution Architect in technology or management consulting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or a related field
- Eagerness to mentor and be mentored
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
