Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships as a trusted advisor with a portfolio of clients
  • Interact directly with clients to extract business requirements and identify key pain points
  • Lead Anaplan engagements with multiple workstreams and model builders, owning the end-to-end solution build
  • Understand client business processes and advise on best practices where applicable
  • Collaborate with internal and external project teams, effectively bridging the communication to drive engagement success
  • Direct and provide hands-on assistance to design, build, and test Anaplan solutions
  • Act as the primary client point of contact to resolve any issues, maintain trust, and drive projects to success
  • Mentor junior associates to ensure professional development and learning
  • Play an integral part in crafting digital roadmaps and developing long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Present regular reports of engagement progress to both internal and external stakeholders


Qualifications

  • 3-6+ years of experience in Consulting or Business Planning (Finance/FP&A, Supply Chain, or Sales Ops)
  • 2-5 years of experience with Anaplan model building or similar EPM technology
  • Proven experience as an engagement leader in technology or management consulting
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or a related field
  • Eagerness to mentor and be mentored
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
