Responsibilities

  • Interact directly with clients to define business requirements and resolve key pain points
  • Lead project workstreams, owning the end-to-end solution build
  • Collaborate with project teams, contributing and effectively communicating ideas
  • Design, build, and test Anaplan solutions
  • Deliver solution training to our clients
  • Lead and assist in translating business processes into cloud solutions
  • Contribute to team and project documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client success
  • Mentor Analysts and develop internal Karta assets


Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in Consulting or Business Planning (Finance/FP&A, Supply Chain, or Sales Ops)
  • 1-3 years of experience with Anaplan model building or similar EPM technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn, be mentored, and demonstrate high levels of initiative in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
