Project Coordinator

An exciting, unique opportunity for a person with office experience and an interest in traditional and digital marketing. If you enjoy project management, communicating with team members and clients, learning new technology and creating organizational systems, and problem solving, then please read on.


As a project coordinator, you will become an expeditor of client services, advocating internally and externally for resources and timely execution. You will work within our project management platform ClickUp to monitor project statuses, delegate tasks, and be involved in planning launch schedules. You will handle incoming and outgoing communications related to project statuses and scheduling. Your main duty will be to ensure projects and tasks are organized, assigned, and being completed within expected timeframes by clearing obstacles and communicating effectively in order to help mold our growing agency into an organization of subject matter experts that is creative, efficient, and fun. 


This is a part-time, hourly position that is eligible for uncapped commissions and sales bonuses - so you can build your own salary!  This role is on the Project Director track.

  • 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday thru Thursday with 1-hour lunch break
  • Fridays are remote or optional, depending on workload and current internal focus (Example: Upcoming events, grant deadlines, etc. may require in-person time on Friday.)
  • Work from a dedicated desk at our Wharton, TX office
  • Regular (semi-annual) performance reviews and raise opportunities
  • Eligible for uncapped commissions and sales bonuses

  • Has the ability to prioritize resources to maximize the outcome for clients and the agency
  • Is a quick learner who will immerse themselves in traditional and digital marketing knowledge 
  • Will be a true ambassador of our agency
  • Is excited, organized, and proactive
  • Has strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Can manage time effectively and prioritize personal tasks
  • Will have ability to analyze and improve existing internal processes
