Duties and responsibilities:
Order processing/invoicing of phone, fax and internet orders. Answering incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Entering Purchase orders from our many distributors.
Ability to multi-task and apply right code, discount and shipping information. Accurate processing of customer’s credit card and settling of credit card batches
Handle and resolve customer’s complaints and returns in a professional manner while being able to fill out appropriate paper work accurately.
End of day tasks such as sending tracking number to customers and keeping track of orders sent.
Assembly of marketing support materials
Must possess excellent professional phone manners
Must be able to prioritize and multitask
Attention to details
Excellent listening, verbal and writing skills
Clarity and precision are essential qualities needed to perform this position well.
Must have previous experience. File Maker experience a plus.
Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00
Base salary + Benefits

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Our doors are not open to customers. Every employee is required to wear a mask for the duration of the work day. Physical distancing of 6 feet or more.
$18 - $20 per hour
