**Job Title:** Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner
**Job Type:** Full-time or Part-time
**Location:** Houston, TX near Memorial Park

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide personalized care to patients using a functional medicine approach
- Conduct in-depth health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address root causes of health issues
- Utilize a holistic approach to promote overall wellness and prevent disease
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and stress management techniques
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and advancements in functional medicine
**Requirements:**
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in TX
- Certification by IFM preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Passion for promoting health and wellness
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
