Kaiden AI is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build critical systems that power our voice-driven simulation platform. You'll work across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure to deliver products that improve real-world law enforcement training.

Our platform helps officers practice high-stakes scenarios—crisis calls, jail operations, investigations—through realistic AI-powered interactions. Used by police departments and academies nationwide, Kaiden improves de-escalation, decision-making, and mental health response.


What You’ll Do

  • Build & Ship: Architect and develop full-stack features using Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and SQL/NoSQL.
  • Own Infrastructure: Optimize and manage cloud-native systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Set the Bar: Lead code reviews, mentor teammates, and define technical standards.
  • Work with Users: Translate real-world needs from officers, trainers, and academy directors into smart product decisions.
  • Ensure Quality: Drive testing, performance, and security practices across the stack.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong builder with 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • Proficiency in Next.js, Python, TypeScript, and modern cloud platforms.
  • Experience designing and managing both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments—especially early-stage startups.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator across technical and non-technical teams.


Bonus Points For

  • Experience with voice AI, speech-to-text, or real-time systems.
  • Background working in mission-critical sectors (e.g. law enforcement, defense, healthcare).
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, or high-scale infrastructure.
