K5 Company Architectural Project Manager Royal Oak, MI · Full time Company website

K5 is a multidisciplinary design firm working where atoms meet bytes: architecture, interiors and digital technology, designed as one system. We partner with national and global brands to turn ideas into physical environments. Our teams combine design thinking, technical depth and new technology, and deliver work that holds up from concept through construction. Founded in 1999. Based in Royal Oak, Michigan. We are hiring a Project Manager with a technical architecture background: someone who turns design intent into something that can be built. You lead projects from early planning through construction closeout. You own client communication, scope, schedule and fee, and you coordinate architects, designers, engineers, consultants, contractors and jurisdictions to keep the work moving. The role is hands-on. You move between the big picture and the detail: a client meeting in the morning, a coordination issue in the afternoon.
