At K1 Speed, the Supervisor role is designed to set you up for long-term success. New hires will go through up to 3 months of training in all front-line positions (Track Attendant, Cashier, Cook, and Games Attendant) before officially stepping into the Supervisor position. This probationary period ensures you are fully up to speed in every area of the business and comfortable leading the team.
If at any point during training it becomes clear that the Supervisor role is not the right fit, we will explore other opportunities within the business. In those cases, the position and pay may be adjusted to best match your skills and strengths.
For the right candidate, this role offers significant growth potential beyond Supervisor. Pay is flexible depending on experience, and K1 Speed is proud to be one of the highest-paying employers in this industry.
