**Salary Range:** $10 to $11.5 per hour

**Job Overview:**

As a Floater at Kids of Valor Academy, you will play a crucial role in caring for children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years old. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for infants to explore and learn. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children while working in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and interact with children in a positive and nurturing manner

- Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities and curriculum

- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children

- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers

- Assist with meal times, diaper changes, and other basic care tasks

- Provide support and assistance to different classrooms as needed

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience working with children preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with children

- Must comply with all state regulations and guidelines for childcare facilities
