Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Instruction & Evaluation: Prepare a comprehensive course syllabus and deliver engaging, hands-on instruction. Develop and use a fair method to measure student progress toward course objectives, providing prompt feedback.
  • Student Support: Demonstrate sensitivity to student needs, offering tutoring and academic counseling as needed to ensure maximum learning.
  • Classroom Management: Monitor classroom operations, including student attendance (absenteeism and tardiness), discipline, and general academic behavior.
  • Compliance: Follow all approved school policies and procedures in the conduct of instructional activities.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in the field of Phlebotomy.
  • Certification: Current National Certification in Phlebotomy Technician or Medical Assisting.
  • Teaching Credential: A Teaching Certification is required.
  • Skills: Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bonus: Proficiency in Bilingual Spanish or Creole is a plus, but not required.


WHAT WE OFFER:

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, W2, Independent Contractor (1099)
