We are looking for a Medical Assistant who can bring compassion to the classroom. The ideal candidate should be flexible to teach Phlebotomy, EKG, Medical Billing, and other courses we offer.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Interact with students regarding the progress of students in your class.
• Monitor the behavior of students’ academic setting, monitor classroom operation in terms of absenteeism, tardiness, and discipline.
• Develop and explain a method that fairly measures student progress toward course objectives.
• Evaluate student performance fairly and consistently and return student work promptly to promote maximum learning.
• Prepare complete course syllabus
• Grade and monitor student performances
• Follow approved policies and procedures in the conduct of all instruction activities.
• Demonstrate sensitivity to student needs and circumstances.
• Tutoring and academic counseling of students.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Qualifications:

• Highly organized, motivated, and results driven.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least three years of experience in the field of Medical Assistant.
• National Certification in Medical Assisting or EKG Technician
• Bilingual Spanish or Creole preferred, but not required
• Teaching Certification in the state of NJ.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor (1099)
