Job Overview:

As an Infusion Specialist at The Kissed Peach, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of IV, IM, weightloss injection services to our clients. Your role will involve providing personalized consultations, performing various treatments, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infusion:
2. Perform patient prescription medication screenings prior to all procedures
3. Assist physicians and patients during and after exams/procedures
4. Monitoring fluid tubes
5. Checking infusions
6. Making sure that medications implemented are not counteracting each other or causing a patient harm
7. Stay updated on the latest aesthetic, IV/IM and weightloss trends, products, and technologies.
8. RN/Medic:
9. Ensure a comfortable, safe and sanitary environment during all procedures.
10. Stock rooms and make service kits
11. Customer Service:
12. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering queries, and offering post-treatment advice.
13. Assist physicians and patients during and after exams/procedures
14. Sell memberships and packages 
15. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
16. Product Knowledge and Retail:
17. Stay informed about aesthetic and health products offered by The Kissed Peach.
18. Educate clients on the benefits of recommended service and products and encourage retail and package/membership sales.
19. Sanitation and Safety:
20. To maintain a clean and hygienic environment, adhere to all sanitation and safety protocols.
21. Follow proper procedures for the sterilization and disposal of medical tools and equipment.
22. Collaboration:
23. Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and harmonious work environment.
24. Coordinate with front desk staff to schedule appointments and manage client flow.
25. Social Media

a. Be able to create and post original branded content, monitor and engage with professional social media account daily while on shift

Qualifications:

• State-issued RN, Paramedic license with IV and/or aesthetic experience
• CPR//BLS current
• Proven experience as a healthcare provider in a healthcare setting and preferably med spa setting.
• Strong knowledge of IV/IM treatments, products, and industry trends.
• Strong venous access skills must be able to access peripheral veins
• Must possess strong patient care skills participative and team-building management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
