Job Overview:

As an Esthetician at The Kissed Peach, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of skincare and beauty services to our clients. Your role will involve providing personalized consultations, performing various aesthetic treatments, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Skincare Treatments:
2. Conduct skincare consultations to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
3. Perform facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare services with precision and attention to detail.
4. Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and technologies.
5. Hair Removal Services:
6. Administer waxing services for hair removal.
7. Ensure a comfortable and sanitary environment during hair removal procedures.
8. Customer Service:
9. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering queries, and offering post-treatment advice.
10. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
11. Follow up with clients post-service and retail products
12. Product Knowledge and Retail:
13. Stay informed about skincare and beauty products offered by The Kissed Peach.
14. Educate clients on the benefits of recommended products and encourage retail sales.
15. Sell retail, services, packages, and memberships to clients
16. Assist in performing inventory 
17. Sanitation and Safety:
18. To maintain a clean and hygienic spa environment, adhere to all sanitation and safety protocols.
19. Follow proper procedures for the sterilization and disposal of esthetic tools and equipment.
20. Chart services and products adequately and thoroughly for compliance and customer care purposes
21. Collaboration:
22. Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and harmonious work environment.
23. Coordinate with front desk staff to schedule appointments and manage client flow.
24. Answer the phone
25. Attend Business to business and other networking opportunities representing The Kissed Peach
26. Be available to help other areas and employees of The Kissed Peach like the front desk, IV area,  etc
27. Social Media
28. Be able to create and post original branded content, monitor and engage with professional social media accounts on a daily basis while at work

Qualifications:

• State-issued Esthetician license.
• CPR//BLS current
• Proven experience as an Esthetician in a spa or salon setting.
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
