We are looking for someone that loves customer service, has excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and is genuinely excited to talk to new people. The Service advocate is often the first impression clients, and injured workers get of Juvo. The outbound service advocate sets appointments with injured workers and updates clients (these are not sales appointments). You will also solve problems, often on a wide array of topics, and are crucial to ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
