Juvo, LLC Outbound Service Advocate - Bilingual (Spanish) Remote · Full time

We are looking for someone that loves customer service, has excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and is genuinely excited to talk to new people. The Service advocate is often the first impression clients, and injured workers get of Juvo. The outbound service advocate sets appointments with injured workers and updates clients (these are not sales appointments). You will also solve problems, often on a wide array of topics, and are crucial to ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

  • Making outbound calls (40-60 per day) to establish appointments with injured workers so that we can assist with their claims.
  • Timely Update our clients (claims adjusters/Employers) with status.
  • Answer questions, solve problems, and escalate when appropriate. 
  • Keep notes, information, and updates organized in our proprietary case management system.
  • Follow-ups, including return calls and emails.
  • Supporting teammates with other administrative tasks.


EXPERIENCE WE LOOK FOR:

  • Client service: experience in high-level relationship management. Previous positions where customer service was salient. It would be best if you were passionate about customer service. 
  • Speed: This position requires you to do everything very fast. Seriously, this position is not for the timid or hesitant type.
  • Skilled Communication: We seek proof that you are a skilled communicator.
  • Technology: Experience and a high level of comfort in dealing with new and changing technologies are something we look for.
  • Problem-Solving: All employees at Juvo are expected to be problem-solvers. 

WHAT WE WILL EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Appointments: Schedule at least 80 appointments per month within the first two months. 
  • Wow Service: You must love to provide services to others. Deliver best-in-class service to keep our clients loving us and returning for more year after year. Our clients need to know that you are there for them and that you get things done. Be able to send a request to clients within one month independently.

Salary

$15 - $19 per hour
