Sound Brickworks is hiring a Masonry Hod Carrier to assist in high-quality brick, block, and stonework projects. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role—ideal for someone dependable, strong, and eager to learn a specialized trade.
What You’ll Do
✔️ Support the mason—mix mortar, stage materials, and keep the job site running smoothly.
✔️ Use & maintain tools—set up, clean up, and organize efficiently.
✔️ Handle materials—lift and move brick, block, and stone (up to 80 lbs).
✔️ Follow safety protocols—work smart and safely at all times.
✔️ Communicate clearly—follow directions and ask when unsure.
✔️ Prioritize the project while keeping a positive and enjoyable work environment.

✅ Experience in masonry/construction is a plus, but work ethic matters more.

Pay & Benefits
💰 $20 - $25/hr (based on experience)
📅 30-40 hours/week (seasonal downtime & occasional overtime)
