Job Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator plays a dual role at Just 4 Kids Pediatric Dentistry: delivering excellent in-person patient service at the front desk and managing the practice’s digital presence. Responsibilities include patient communication through Dental Intelligence, social media content creation, and website collaboration. This role supports both patient satisfaction and practice growth through in-office professionalism and online engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Administrative Duties (Approx. 70%):
- Greet, check in/out patients, and manage appointment scheduling in Dentrix.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages using Dental Intelligence.
- Verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist Office Manager and Assistant Office Manager with administrative tasks.
Social Media & Digital Content Duties (Approx. 30%):
- Create and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Capture in-office media (with consent) to highlight team culture, services, and events.
- Respond to messages, comments, and reviews promptly and professionally.
- Track engagement metrics and adjust strategies to increase reach and visibility.
- Collaborate with the website designer to ensure online content reflects the brand's image and goals.
Performance Review Metrics (Evaluated Quarterly):
- Social Media Growth:
- 10%+ increase in total followers across all platforms per quarter
- 5%+ average engagement rate per post
- Content Consistency:
- Minimum 3 unique posts per week
- 1 monthly original in-office photo/video series
- Website Collaboration:
- Monthly updates and coordination with web designer
- 5%+ increase in monthly website traffic driven by social content
- Patient Communication:
- 90%+ response rate to Dental Intelligence text messages within 1 business hour
- Positive tone and patient satisfaction reflected in digital communication
Bonus Structure (Paid Quarterly)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of front office or dental practice experience
- Proficient in Dentrix and Dental Intelligence software
- Strong writing, communication, and social media content creation skills
- Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
