This role reports into the growth marketing team, and it's a genuine mix of inbound BDR and growth marketer, not a traditional split between the two. Juno's inbound volume is growing fast, and there's real distance between someone showing interest and someone booking a demo. You'll own that distance: the strategy, the creative, the campaigns, and the outreach that close it. You're not inheriting a fully built playbook, you're helping write it, with room to grow as our marketing team matures.

About Juno
Tax prep is one of the last major workflows in accounting still run on manual labor. Every busy season, firms throw more hours and more people at a problem that shouldn't require either, and the software they've been sold for decades hasn't changed that.
Juno was founded by a CPA and tax firm owner who lived it. We build tax prep automation that relieves tax professionals instead of replacing them. Firms using Juno cut time per return by 50% and automate 95% of data entry.
We're at the stage where the product works, firms are telling other firms, and the constraint is how fast we can turn that into pipeline. That's the seat we're hiring for.
What You'll Do
- Build the campaigns and sequences that turn engaged prospects into booked demos: email, retargeting, direct mail, whatever the audience calls for
- Build your own ad creative and iterate on it as you learn what resonates
- Own live chat on the website and support group demos
- Call and email prospects who've shown interest but haven't taken the next step, with messaging that sounds like you, not a script
Who You Are
You're a strategic, creative marketer who also isn't afraid to get on the phone. Maybe you've come up through marketing and want to prove you can drive pipeline directly, not just support it from a distance. Maybe you've spent time in a sales or BDR seat and are ready to own the strategy and creative behind your own outreach, not just work someone else's list. Either background works. What matters is wanting ownership over both the thinking and the doing.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a mix of both
- Comfortable calling inbound leads who've shown interest but haven't converted
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM
Bonus Points
- Experience selling into accounting or professional services firms
- Experience running marketing campaigns across channels (email, ads, direct mail, event pre- and post-)
Miami, FL preferred. Open to remote.

Salary
$90,000 - $120,000 per year
