The Senior Account Executive will focus on helping healthcare practices grow by driving patient adoption and ensuring consistent supplement subscription orders. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship-building skills who can guide practitioners toward maximizing the benefits of Juniper Health’s platform.


Key Responsibilities


  • Full-Cycle Sales Leadership: Own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing and fostering long-term account success.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage high-potential clients through targeted outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver impactful product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of healthcare practices.
  • Practice Growth: Partner with practitioners to integrate Juniper Health’s services, driving patient adoption and consistent supplement orders.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with decision-makers and key stakeholders to ensure repeat orders and loyalty.
  • Territory Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand into new markets and maximize territory potential.
  • Collaborative Selling: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate pipelines, forecast revenue, and report on progress.


What We’re Looking For


Experience:

  • 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience with a proven history of consistently exceeding quotas.
  • Startup experience preferred, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.


Skills:

  • Strong ability to prospect, present, and close deals, particularly in consultative sales environments.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with a focus on fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
