As an Account Executive (AE) based in the northern suburbs of Chicago, you will play a pivotal role in our growth by bringing Juniper Health’s unique supplement service directly to healthcare practices across the Chicagoland area. Your primary focus will be establishing and nurturing relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding Juniper Health’s presence. This position is ideal for a driven, strategic thinker who thrives in a field-sales environment and can harness the energy of a rapidly scaling startup. This is a hybrid role, with our office located in Lombard, IL.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the unique needs of practitioners and their patients.

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and regular follow-up with prospects.

Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure repeat orders and expand the account base.

Subscription Growth: Drive practitioners and practices to sign up for our platform and maximize the adoption of our services among their patients/clients.

Market Feedback: Provide valuable insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to help refine and enhance Juniper Health’s offerings.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range: $55,000 - $65,000 base, $110,000 - $130,000 OTE
