Jumpin’ Jellybeans Boutique Play Space is a mission-driven indoor playground designed to support families by creating safe, imaginative spaces for children to play and parents to feel refreshed, connected, and supported.

What your day will consist of:

You are on the floor. Not in the back. Greet customers as they walk through the door, with a smile and big personality. We know our members' names. You will walk the floor and get to know new customers, learn about them, and catch up with regulars. Every guest should be able to point you out as the person in charge. When a parent has a question, a child needs help, or a party goes sideways, you get there first. Paperwork happens before open or after close.

Your Boutique, Your Sales:

This location has a revenue goal, and it's up to you to meet it. You sell memberships on the floor yourself, and you train your team to do the same. You chase party and private event bookings and you follow up on every inquiry the same day. You manage labor to target. You know your daily numbers and the goals you need to meet to hit your target numbers.

The unglamorous part:

On Mondays, we are closed for deep cleaning. You will clean the ball pit, including full drain and sanitize cycles. You will clean restrooms all day, sometimes including accidents. You will handle occasional vomit, spills, and sticky floors and walls. You will sweep, mop, take out trash, reset party rooms between bookings, unload deliveries, and cover shifts when somebody calls out.

Your Boutique, Your Team:

Hire, train, schedule, coach, and grow your Bean Team. We run an internal certification program, and developing your people is part of how we measure you.

The Pay:

Competitive base salary plus a monthly performance incentive earned on an objective scorecard. The scorecard measures revenue, membership growth, party and event volume, labor management, operational audits, guest ratings, staff retention, and team certification. Nothing on it is a matter of opinion.

Store Managers are also eligible for spiffs on memberships, parties, and private events. We go over the full structure in the interview.

What you need ot apply:

Leadership experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants, or entertainment. You like kids, and you are patient with their parents. You are comfortable selling face-to-face. Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, because that is when families come. Able to lift fifty pounds, stand a full shift, and work in a loud room. A can do attitude, a great personality, and willingness to learn and grow with a small company.
