What You'll Do

• Be the face of the business. Welcome families, build relationships, and create memorable experiences.
• Lead your Bean Team. Hire, train, schedule, motivate, and develop employees.
• Grow the business. Sell memberships, book birthday parties, manage sales goals, and bring creative ideas.
• Own the details. Keep the location safe, clean, organized, and running smoothly.
• Lead by example. Yes, that includes cleaning restrooms, mopping floors, and jumping in wherever needed.

What You Should Know

• Full-time position; evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
