We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Play Space Attendant to support the daily operations of our fun-filled indoor play space for children ages 10 and under. In this role, you’ll help maintain a clean and safe environment, assist guests and team members, and create an exceptional experience for families—from walk-in play to private events. Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, great with kids and parents, and thrive in a fast-paced, playful atmosphere. You’ll play an important role in delivering great customer service while bringing smiles to little faces every day.

About Us
Jumpin’ Jellybeans Boutique Play Space is a community-centered indoor play space for children ages 10 and under. We provide a clean, safe, and engaging environment where children can play freely and parents can relax and recharge.
Position Summary
The Play Space Attendant is responsible for creating a safe, fun, and welcoming experience for all guests. This role involves supervising children in the play area, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, assisting families, and supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Supervision
- Greet families warmly and provide an excellent first impression
- Monitor children at all times to ensure safe and appropriate play
- Enforce play space rules in a friendly, calm, and professional manner
- Assist parents and children as needed during play
Safety & Cleanliness
- Conduct hourly safety checks of all play equipment
- Report any damaged or unsafe equipment immediately to management
- Perform ongoing cleaning and sanitizing of play areas, restrooms, and common spaces
- Follow all health and safety protocols
Operations & Support
- Assist with admissions, waivers, memberships, and basic POS transactions
- Set up and break down for parties, events, and special programs
- Restock supplies and maintain organized play areas
- Support team members and managers with daily tasks
Brand & Culture
- Represent the Jumpin’ Jellybeans brand with positivity and professionalism
- Create a joyful, inclusive, and family-friendly atmosphere
- Uphold company policies, values, and customer service standards
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old (or per state labor laws)
- Experience working with children preferred (daycare, camps, babysitting, teaching, etc.)
- Friendly, energetic, and dependable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm and attentive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs
Schedule Requirements
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and special events
