Jumpin Jellybeans LLC is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to join our team at our indoor play space location.


**Job Overview:**

We are in search of a motivated Assistant Manager to help oversee the operations of our indoor play space for children aged 10 and under. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, enjoy working with children and families, and excel in a lively and fast-paced setting. Your duties will include training team members, managing schedules, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success and health of the facility.


**Responsibilities:**

- Assist with the daily operations of the indoor play space, including regular cleaning and maintenance tasks

- Supervise staff members and offer support as needed

- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests

- Help develop and enforce operational policies and procedures

- Manage inventory and place orders for supplies as necessary

- Provide top-notch customer service to all visitors

- Assist with staff training and scheduling

- Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally


**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Passion for working with children and families

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
