Job Description

Jubilee Scholars is a remote multidisciplinary project-based company. Remote, local, and traveling, as needed. You can view Jubilee Scholars at www.jubileescholars.org

 

Overview

Professional Freelance Photographer works remotely, locally, and/or travels. It is a commission-based 1099-NEC U.S. position or a W8-BEN international position, at varied commission for photography projects. Project bonus may also be available with other perks, as well. Responsible for your own assigned projects. Complete internal and external photography projects. You would need photography skills, excellent communication skills, customer service skills, organization skills, time management skills, and problem-solving skills. Travel within and outside the US, as needed. Willing to also lead/participate in community projects.

· Assist in the completion of photography projects which may include and are not limited to: food, product, nature, sports, real estate, drone, and architectural.

· Ability to follow instructions and demands from clientele and employer

· Possess the proper tools and equipment to produce professional photos

· Willing to acquire or use the required equipment for each photography project

· The individual will have an opportunity to provide support and execute for stakeholders, lead projects, and drive innovation and growth

· Able to work independently with minimal oversight and able to lead and motivate teams

· Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

· Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

· Ensure that requirements are met and complies with internal standards

· Assist senior leadership in internal projects, as needed

· Reliable transportation

· Travel within the USA and outside the USA, as needed

· Have the proper equipment to work remotely (pc/laptop/tablet, phone, internet, and web-cam)

· Possess a passport/VISA or willing to get it, when needed

· Work week days, on call for emergencies

· Work weekends, as needed

· Lead/Participate in community projects, as available

· Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership

· Drug Free

· Pass Background Check

 

Qualifications

· Photography skills and/or experience

· Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of people

· Ability to manage multiple projects, including community projects

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Great Organizing, Time management, and Problem solving

· Experience in various industries, beneficial

· Bilingual a plus, not required
