The administrative assistant role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the organization, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling general office tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software and communication tools to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.



- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers

- Respond to emails and provide information about services upon request

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members

- Manage program registrations, scheduling, and payments for services

- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and mailing

- Assist with data entry and maintain electronic and paper records

- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary

- Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes

- Provide administrative support to staff members as required


- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly

- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills

- Criminal background check and drug test may be required

This position offers a weekday/daytime schedule with competitive pay based on experience.


$16 - $18 per hour
