Position Summary: 

We are seeking a part-time Medical & Aesthetic Business Development Leader (20-24 hours per week) to help grow our ophthalmology practice and med spa. This role will focus on marketing development, lead generation, patient education, and business expansion through social media, event coordination, and direct outreach. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development in healthcare or aesthetics, with the ability to attract, engage, and convert leads into loyal patients and clients. This position has the potential for full-time expansion in the future based on performance and business growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • New Patient & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential patients and clients for both ophthalmology and aesthetic services through social media, networking, and targeted outreach. 
  • Marketing Strategy & Lead Generation: Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase patient volume and service bookings, including digital campaigns, referral programs, and promotions. 
  • Consultations & Sales: Educate and guide potential clients on aesthetic treatments and ophthalmic procedures, assisting in service selection, financing options, and scheduling
  • Social Media & Brand Growth: Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and interact with followers to enhance brand awareness and online presence
  • Event Planning & Outreach: Plan and coordinate events such as open houses, educational webinars, and community networking to attract new patients/clients. 
  • Referral Network Development: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, medical providers, and industry professionals to drive referrals. 
  • CRM & Database Management: Maintain and track patient/client interactions, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools for optimal engagement and retention. 
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as new patient growth, appointment conversions, and marketing ROI

Qualifications: 

  • Experience in healthcare, ophthalmology, aesthetics, or medical sales/marketing preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge of medical and aesthetic treatments, patient education, and service-based sales. 
  • Proficiency in social media marketing, digital advertising, and lead generation strategies
  • Experience in event coordination, networking, and business development
  • Strong organizational and CRM/database management skills (Salesforce experience preferred). 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a medical and aesthetic team. 
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and follow-ups with potential patients/clients. 

Position Details & Benefits:
