Joseph Architects is seeking a results-driven and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll turn raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions across our design, operations, and client engagement processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (project performance, client feedback, market trends, etc.)
- Develop dashboards and reports that visualize KPIs, trends, and forecasts
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership and design teams to inform business and project decisions
- Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and consistency
- Work closely with project managers and marketing to support data-driven decision-making
- Automate reporting processes and identify opportunities for efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly
- Attention to detail and a passion for uncovering insights from data
- Bonus: Experience in architecture, design, or real estate data is a plus

Salary
$25 - $35 per hour
