Jonas Paul Eyewear helps kids feel confident in glasses they actually want to wear — blending style, comfort, and purpose at an accessible price. In 2025, we’re expanding into the adult optical space through our partnership with TOMS Eyewear, bringing back a beloved, mission-led brand to the wholesale market.
As we grow our wholesale presence, we’re hiring a Territory Sales Representative to cover the Central Midwest territory — including Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Arkansas, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota — representing both Jonas Paul Eyewear and TOMS Eyewear to independent optical accounts, regional retailers, and key industry partners.
What You’ll Do
- Drive sales by managing, nurturing, and growing wholesale accounts throughout the Central Midwest region
- Present and place the Jonas Paul and TOMS Eyewear collections with optical shops, regional chains, and eye care professionals (ECPs)
- Deliver compelling brand storytelling and product education to drive interest and loyalty
- Attend trade shows, in-store appointments, and local events to represent the brands and generate new business
- Support sell-in and sell-through efforts with marketing tools, training, and relationship-building
- Maintain regular in-person customer visits on a 4–12 week rotation to deepen relationships and support sales growth
- Keep CRM, pipeline, and account activity organized and up to date
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of territory sales experience, ideally in optical, fashion, or consumer goods
- Existing relationships in the Central Midwest optical market are a major plus
- High initiative, self-direction, and comfort working remotely and independently
- Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
- Must reside in one of the covered states (MO, KS, IA, NE, AR, MN, ND, or SD), preferably near a central metro hub to allow efficient travel across the region
- Willingness and ability to:
- Travel regionally up to 80% of the time
- Use a personal car for work travel (valid driver’s license required)
- Lift and carry 20–30 lb sample bags for meetings and events
