About the Operations Lead Position:
Our Operations Lead oversees Binkey's financial controls, partner contracting, people operations (including hiring procedures & internal culture building), and compliance.
This role is perfect for a detail oriented, analytical generalist who isn't afraid of complexity. As part of a fast-growing startup, you'll play a critical role in building operational excellence and processes to allow our business to continue to grow. You'll also play an integral role in creating and implementing quality assurance systems that make sure we meet a high degree of customer satisfaction. You'll be working alongside mission-driven individuals who are passionate about making a difference in how healthcare is paid for.
