We are seeking a dedicated and skilled PT Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and appearance of our commercial properties. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset. Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of commercial properties to identify maintenance needs and repair issues.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance requests from tenants and property management.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with building systems and equipment.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner and meet high-quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with property management and other team members to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for tenants.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
