Description

A Few Points about Our Ideal Candidate – Is This You?!

You are passionate about the technical side of financial planning.

You love the challenge of solving puzzles. You don't like making errors (who does?!), but you LOVE finding them (because you have excellent attention to detail and insist on high quality client deliverables).

You embrace our core values of curiosity and tenacity, and you want to keep learning.

You’ve played different roles in your 10 to 20 year career – some in financial services and perhaps some not – and are convinced that your calling is to help people through the creation and maintenance of outstanding financial plans.

You thrive in the “2nd” chair providing outstanding financial planning support to lead advisors and high net worth clients. You want a role you can be happy in for the long-term where there is zero expectation on our side that you will be transitioning into sales or business development.

You want to feel valued and to be in an integral and critical role for the development of our firm and the pursuit of our mission to help pre-retirees achieve the feeling of relaxed confidence in their financial lives.

Responsibilities

Prepare Financial Planning Scenarios - Create plans in MoneyGuidePro from scratch, run scenarios and generate reports.

Research, Analysis & Packaging - Use our templates (Excel, Checklists, Flowcharts, etc.) to drive client recommendations, conduct research, create client ready deliverables.

Attend Client Meetings with Lead Planners -  Answer questions about your work (as needed). Take notes, send follow-up emails, deploy follow-up workflows in Hubly.
