**Job Overview:**

John's Table Kitchen & Bar is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Utility Prep. This role is crucial to the success of our kitchen operations, as you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a sanitary work environment. **Responsibilities:**

- Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries

- Help with dishwashing and kitchen equipment maintenance

- Support the culinary team as needed

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
