John's Table is a local, independently owned/operated, full-service restaurant and bar. We operate a scratch kitchen and create the type of food we love and want to serve to our families. We create our own versions of classics that are inspired by the team’s background and heritage. We have a comfortable service environment based around our local community that allows guests to relax while we do the hard work. Our leadership team puts the teams first. We create lines of clear communication, take in employee input, and always make the best decisions for the team no matter how hard that may be. -John’s Table Kitchen & Bar is a local, family owned/operated, full-service restaurant, taphouse, and event space. We are all about creating a comfortable neighborhood environment with high-quality drinks and eats with exceptional service that allows guests to relax while we do the work. We are looking for the right hospitality professionals to help our growing company!

Your responsibilities include:

Attending to guests before, during, and after their meals according to our service model

All opening, running, and closing side work.

Working as a respectful and dedicated team member in our team service model.

Ensuring guests enjoy their stay completely and use of problem-solving solutions with management to correct any mistakes.

Service awareness that ensures the timely delivery of food and beverages by checking on your tables periodically throughout the service time.

Willingness and commitment to developing food, beer, wine and liquor knowledge via on-the-job training.

Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Some service experience is necessary for this role

Pay details:

We operate a hybrid of traditional sections and a team service model that ensures a fun and productive work environment while we display unmatched hospitality to our guests.

Pay is consistent because of this. It usually ranges from $30-$45 per hour.

We pay weekly, so budgeting is easier!
