The Role
As a Seasonal Industrial Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of products in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the baking team to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and taste. Your contributions will help us meet the demands of our busy season while providing excellent service to our customers.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
- Operate industrial baking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor baking processes to ensure products are baked to perfection.
- Package and label finished products for distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a baking or food production environment is preferred.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
