As the Retail Bakery General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our bakery operations. Description
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in all processes.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of bakers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote bakery products and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas of the bakery.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control, to achieve profitability.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

- Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail or food service environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
$85,000 - $120,000 per year
