What You’ll Do
Customer Onboarding & Implementation
- Guide new customers through product setup, configuration, and best practices
- Lead live trainings, webinars, and 1:1 sessions to ensure successful adoption
- Host regular office hours to support users and answer questions
- Track onboarding progress and proactively remove roadblocks
Product Adoption & Success
- Help customers achieve early wins and realize product value quickly
- Maintain regular check-ins to drive engagement and satisfaction
- Gather and share feedback from new users to improve our product and onboarding
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Sales to understand customer goals and ensure smooth handoffs
- Partner with Customer Success to transition accounts post-onboarding
- Collaborate with Support and Product to escalate issues and share user insights
Who You Are
Must-haves:
- 1+ years in onboarding, support, or other customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and over live training
- Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-first environment
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Intercom, HubSpot, etc.
Background in education, training, or support
Experience in healthcare, staffing, or enterprise onboarding
