We looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & Personal Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This hybrid role offers flexibility, meaningful work, and the opportunity to support both business operations and executive-level tasks in a mission-driven real estate development company. Candidates must be comfortable working independently while supporting a variety of administrative, logistical, and personal tasks.

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Administrative & Personal Assistant to support both the operational needs of the business and the personal executive tasks of our leadership team. This role is ideal for a flexible, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include calendar and travel coordination, internal communication, administrative support, personal errands, and special project assistance—all contributing to the smooth execution of day-to-day activities and our broader mission to invest in and uplift local communities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle all incoming calls  and manage email communications
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and itineraries
  • Assist in planning and supporting events and site visits
  • Conduct research and compile summaries for business needs
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned


Personal Assistant Support

  • Assist with scheduling personal appointments and errands
  • Track and manage key dates, renewals, and deadlines
  • Coordinate family and household logistics as requested
  • Support the execution of special projects (e.g., travel, event coordination)
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Act as a liaison with vendors, service providers, and external contacts


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Professional demeanor and polished interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Prior experience in real estate is preferred

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Semi-flexible schedule with a maximum of 20 hours per week
  • Hybrid position: 90% remote work, 10% in-person for meetings or training
  • Initial training will be conducted both onsite and virtually
