Ministry Purpose: Consistent with Romans 12:9-15 and Ephesians 4:11-12, all Bethlehem Church employees are responsible for assisting the Lead Pastor and staff in carrying out the daily ministry functions of Bethlehem Church and all other duties as assigned.

Job Description: Care for children during events at Bethlehem Church

Age Requirements: 16 or over

Job Classification: Part-Time | Non-Exempt (Seasonal)

Key Responsibilities:

• Care for kids of all ages during events as needed
• Keep all kids and the environment safe by following all policies and procedures for childcare workers
• Be a welcoming and friendly presence to parents at drop-off and pick up
• Interact with kids to make them feel safe and cared for
• Work cooperatively with the campus Childcare Coordinator and Kids Ministry Staff at all campuses
• Remain up to date on all training and background check requirements
• Other tasks as assigned
