Ministry Purpose: Consistent with Romans 12:9-15 and Ephesians 4:11-12, all Bethlehem Church employees are responsible for assisting the Lead Pastor and staff in carrying out the daily ministry functions of Bethlehem Church and all other duties as assigned.

Job Description: To provide leadership and organization for Kids Ministry Serve Crew and Bethlehem Church families for a specified campus.

Job Classification: Full-Time | Non-Exempt 

Reports To: Campus Pastor

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute weekly services alongside the campus staff team
• Recruit, retain, develop, coach, and equip the Kids Ministry Serve Crew at the campus
• Oversee and lead all aspects of the campus Kids Ministry experience every week
• Oversee the onboarding process, safety and security procedures, training, and care of Kids Ministry Serve Crew
• Connect and build relationships with first-time families
• Identify and shepherd families who are not attending regularly 
• Meet weekly with Kids Ministry Serve Crew to pray, disciple, and empower them for ministry year-round 
• Work in collaboration with the Campus Pastor, campus staff, and Serve Crew
• Partner with parents to raise a generation of kids to discover new life in Christ
• Oversee the organization, setup, and stock of the Kids Ministry spaces with necessary supplies and curriculum every week
• Oversee budget for campus Kids Ministry
• Contribute and give support in planning and executing Kids Ministry events, brainstorms, and camps
• Attend ministry meetings
• Oversee and coordinate the Kids Ministry discipleship processes (Kid Faith, Child Dedication, etc.)
• Participate in annual evaluations
• Other tasks as assigned

Experience:

• Previous Kids Ministry experience (preferred)
• Experience in organizing multiple projects and events
