12 Hour Shifts Days and Nights

This is an observe and report position.

Duties:

Secure premises

Control incoming and outgoing traffic;

Maintain logs of incoming and outgoing personnel and vendors.

Solicitations are not welcome and sales calls are by appointment only.

Prevents loss and damage by reporting irregularities to the administrator on call of any violations of policy or procedures.

Completes reports by recording observations, information and occurrences.

Ability to speak and read English well enough to converse with co-workers and customers.

General housekeeping duties and follow standard operating procedures.
