Job Title: Household Manager / Family Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence. Responsibilities:
Household Management
- Perform all household cleaning, including deep cleaning weekly, and maintain overall cleanliness and organization.
- Manage grocery shopping, meal planning, and meal preparation to meet dietary preferences and requirements.
- Take trash and recycling to the road weekly the day before pickup.
- Feed the family dog and let him outside as needed.
- Handle all household laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Assist with store returns and exchanges as required.
- Handle property management tasks, including inventory management and coordination of maintenance or repairs with service providers and vendors.
Family Support
- Provide childcare for two children when school or daycare is not in session, including transport to doctor appointments, swimming lessons, or other activities using the provided work vehicle.
- Travel with the family to Florida (January–April), focusing on childcare (three days per week), cooking, cleaning, laundry, running errands, and assisting with family needs.
- Send packages or handle store return items as needed.
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional service to family members and guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Administrative Support
- Follow a detailed daily checklist to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Document daily accomplishments and provide updates to the family.
- Submit receipts for all purchases promptly.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong cooking skills with the ability to prepare a variety of meals.
- A background in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with residential cleaning and laundry practices and standards is beneficial.
- Administrative experience with proficiency in managing receipts and tracking household tasks is an asset.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must pass a drug test, background check, and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Schedule:

Workdays: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a required 1-hour lunch break.
- Flexibility is required for occasional schedule adjustments, which will be communicated in advance.

Travel Requirement: Must travel to Florida with the family from January to early April. During this period, schedules will be more flexible, focusing on childcare, cooking, cleaning, laundry, running errands, and other household tasks.
