Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans for the development of storage facilities, office/warehouse business parks, and RV parks, including determining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and manage project expenses.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and attend project-related meetings.
- Work remotely with some travel required in TX, and occasionally to NC and FL.
Requirements:
- 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Planning and Development, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Ability to monitor and administer multi-million-dollar construction projects.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in computer applications.
- Ability to read and interpret building/site plans and specifications.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent project management abilities.

$130,000 - $150,000 per year
