We are looking for a talented Recruiting coordinator to join our team and execute the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for developing job descriptions with the hiring manager and organization’s leadership, posting open positions, evaluating resumes, scheduling interviews across departments as well as conducting interviews, make hiring suggestions to the hiring team, and follow up with hiring paperwork.
As an essential part of the organization, the recruiting coordinator, should have a thorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideas. If you have strong communication skills and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you. We like working with people who think ‘outside-the-box’ and who finish projects in a timely manner. Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.
