The job is pretty straightforward… We are looking for an HR phenom to join our team and support the management, administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs for our clients. Sounds easy enough, right? Well, If you are true HR maverick, it is. In order to be successful in this role, you need to be able to do the following: Develop and administer human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel Plan, organize, and control the activities and actions of the HR department Contribute to the development of company goals, objectives, and systems Create a equitable and transparent workplace where both the employees and employers are happy and productive. Manage employee relations, training and development, HR analytics Our clients are mission driven organizations (mostly non-profits) that are doing the good work to make positive change in the world. Base Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in Human Resources field
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources or similar field preferred
  • SHRM Certification (preferred)
  • Investigation experience (a plus)


$45,000 - $50,000 per year
