A Production Team Member may assist in multiple areas of Production, depending on department needs. A Production Team Member will need flexibility as assigned tasks may change from day-to-day to support the flow of Production. Willingness to train and learn in multiple areas is required. 

Daily Tasks May Include

• Assembly Line preparation tasks, such as circuit prep, case prep etc. Assembly of JHS Pedals products.
• Cleaning and packaging of JHS Pedals products. Scanning and accurately recording product serial numbers in the inventory database.
• Performing quality control tests to ensure all products meet JHS Pedals quality and product integrity requirements, both mechanically and visually. Identify quality issues, trends, and losses.
• Receiving daily inbound goods and verifying the quality and count of all items; checking against supplier's count. 
• Carefully and accurately assemble outgoing orders according to Warehouse Tickets. Creating shipping labels and documents for all outgoing packages.

Starting pay for this position is $15/hr, and then an additional $0.50 every 6 months.
